COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE

This Compliance Committee is responsible for increasing knowledge and awareness of compliance issues within the Vermont banking community. This committee is concerned with the financial institution's total compliance posture and will coordinate and augment the compliance efforts of other VBA committees from a more global perspective of regulatory management.
