This is a year-long commitment by bankers on the move to intently study the intricacies of bank operation,management and marketing. The School opens with a week in residence i May at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts and ends with a second week of residential study in June of the following year. The second session includes operation of a bank simulation model. Between sessions, students must complete and submit five assigned projects. Graduates of this school are well-prepared to take their banking careers to senior level.
